Did this happen as soon as you installed Kaspersky? If so, I think it will be tied to your Firewall settings. I'm more of a Mac boy myself, so have no hands-on experience with Kaspersky, but you might need to tweak a few settings
Other than this, you might want to try installing the full
Vodafone Mobile Connect software - this might help if there is a compatibility issue.
