Mostly on one contact but has effect another one now as well, making me annoyed because now I don't know the problem.
When I message this person most of the time the first message is sent and delivered. Them replying is okay as well, but when I sent the next message it stays on pending for 5-10 minutes or its stay on pending kind of forever.

I need help I have talked to the contact and there phone is on and they have check their network and it has no problems.
Hopefully, someone had this problem before and can fix it because it's really annoying me now.

Hi,

This can sometimes be caused by network signal and or mast congestion.

Check your postcode in

Link > Vodafone Network Checker.

Turning the phone off and eject the sim, wipe it with a soft cloth, reinsert and turn back on can help.

Also asking a Vodafone store to sim swap to replace the SIM card just incase its degrading.

Trying another phone can help to rule out the phone at issue.

Have either of you perhaps swapped phone makes. ie been using an iPhone?

Both of you enquiring with your relevant customer services if your account is Ok.

Thank you, for replying quickly.
Still, can message on an another phone and this time it is not pending but delivered.

However, I have taken a picture of the Sim card and notice that it has 3 lines on it I don't know if that's part of the Sim card or not.

Anyways thank you for helping and hope this picture might help, maybe it is degrading of the Sim card but I'm not sure if the lines are there because how it is manufactured.

Hi

It could be the phone at issue if the sim card is working as it should in an alternative phone however a sim swap is a known generic solution.

This is my sim card.

Thank you for your help.

I will try the Sim swap and see if it will help but will be checking my phone in a store and see if that's the problem.

Anyways thank you for helping, enjoy your day.

You're welcome. :Smiling:

A good process of elimination is indeed to try a known to be working ok alternative SIM card in your current phone.

Take care.
