Hue Lights External Connection Not Working with VF Router

So I've recently moved to Vodafone from Sky, and apart from the WiFi being absolutley awful IMHO I cannot get the external connection into my Philips Hue Bridge working - was fine with Sky, no port forwarding, nothing. I've given it a static IP on the Vodafone router but no joy....

Anyone else with this issue?

@roundyuk this was a known issue with one particular Vodafone Router firmware version. I believe it's been fixed in a later version so I'm guessing you're router isn't up to date. I'd get in touch with Customer Service and ask them to push the latest firmware to your router.

EDIT: Ignore me, doesn't look like it's fixed, people were getting their firmware downgraded to fix the issue, again customer services should be able to arrange this
