I have a 2nd sure signal box , but I keep getting the error 500, 2004 - [Error ref 1g2]

Advice please : I have registered my 2nd sure signal box , but no joy when adding users. Sorry, there seems to be a problem.

I have had a text from vodafone to say my vodafone suresignal is ready to use ....

But each time I add a user it just gaves the error as detailed above

Plus the box does not seem to be syncing , both lights are out.
