Hi there
So, have you sent your phone off for repair? If not you can arrange this via your local Vodafone Store.

Hello ,
Do you have any kind of protection applied to your phone such as a front and rear shield and or a case ? This may / may not be the issue.
Im not a phone engineer but if this was an issue being experienced by my phone one of the first things I'd try is a Factory Reset performed by going into your phones settings and or Hard Reset which is performed usually by a set of button presses. (Google Search will show how this is done) Creating a back up first as this typically deletes the phones data in its memory.
If this did not help then I'd approach the manufacturer and ask for assistance as mentioned by drey_p. Vodafone attach a 24 Month Warranty on their handsets as detailed here Warranty
Exclusions are issues caused by drops and water damage (water indicators being tripped inside the phone)
If this is the case then look to cover from example Home Contents Insurance or some Bank Accounts provide cover as a perk. T&C and Excess Fee's would need to be checked.
I hope all goes well for you.
