I need to unlock the PUK2 from the fixed dialling number (call settings) on my sony xperia z1. Message says "Contact operator to unlock", but Vodafone Australia asserts they do not have a PUK2 code because they only use 1 PUK.

They have changed my sim card several times but no use.

besides it also says: FDN service is not available.

In call fiorwarding settings I cannot delete/disable the number calls are forwared to when the phone is busy, unanswered, unreachable. The supervisor said being on a prepaid I cannot have access to this function.

Any help please?

I have tried to unlock this PUK2 with Vodafone Australia customer service, technical support and in person at their store and they have told me: 1) there is no PUK restriction on your account, 2) Vodafone only has one PUK code. 3) it's Sony Xperia's fault 4) it's the Telstra software that is conflicting 5) why do you want to use fixed dialling number?

They are refusing to put in writing these statements and give no consent to be recorded.

I have wasted so much time with them that I have decided if they do not come back with a positive solution I change carrier and I'll do my best to give them all possible negative publicity
