Hi, I'm having problems with an error which I see has been posted 3 months ago but still not fixed. The IMS Framework/Richer Communications app, which we can't uninstall since it is a fixed vodafone/samsung app, is draining my battery way too much. How can I get rid of it or fix it. Thanks

Hi there

 

You need to wait for the update to be rolled out.  The latest release has been rolled out but may have been withdrawn due to data issues.  Take a look here for further info.  It is up to you whether you try to update to it or not.  If you do, you will have to perform a factory reset on the handset if there are any problems with the data services.
