Can anyone help please?
I've been going round in circles all day.
Last night my phone updated, since this morning every 5 seconds I keep getting a message saying 'IMS service has stopped' I touch 'close app' but it continues to keep coming up. It's driving me mad.
From google it looks like I need to turn the option of rich communications off in the messages settings - but I can't find where this option is on my phone.
Any ideas please, before I launch it out of the window??
Thanks

Hi @bevk81
Please see the support link below.
How do I disable or remove Message+?
However, it is always advised to do a back up and factory reset after any update, especially for Samsung phones, this clears out any remaining bugs from the previous software and can be done by going into your general settings and scrolling down to back up and reset. Contacts should be synchronised and backed up to your gmail account and as soon as you log into your account from your phone, your contacts will transfer over.
