My phone was water damanged almost 2 weeks ago. I claimed for a one on insurance immediately. They said it would only take 5 working days to be sent a new one.
So 2 weeks on, I've called the repair centre, who said a new device hasn't been sent out yet because they don't have any of my make and model in stock. When I asked for an estimated date of when they would be in stock, she said she didn't know - helpful.
So am I just supposed to wait? When nobody can give me an estimated time, I could be waiting forever. I just can't believe that there is no stock, all the while I'm still paying for my phone and insurance.
The phone in questions is an iPhone 6 Plus. I'd happily accept a 7 Plus if that was an option... What do i do!?

Hi @krumble
If you have Vodafone Insurance and are covered, the best thing to do is to contact the insurance company direct. They will be in the best position to advise you further.
There is further information for you on the link below.

I've already called the Repair people but they weren't very helpful. Are the insurance support people different from the Repair centre?
