Hello @Fyfey what phone do you have? Did you set up a new device or back up or restore an existing one during this time? Were you mainly on mobile data or WiFi? Do you keep a track of your data usage using your phones internal data counter?
Because it only happened for a week it could have been a rogue app or setting that caused a data leak in the background. Miscalculations in data usage by any network are uncommon and usually continue until the fault has been reported and resolved.
