The last four\five days, my broadband drops, 2\3 times a day, sometimes for up to 30\40 minutes.
I contacted support, but all he suggested was a line test, change the filter and for good measure connect to the test socket. It's very frustrating coming from Plusnet where I never had a drop out.
Is there anything else that can be suggested. Apart from this niggle I've been very pleased with Vodafone.

Hi there,
The Customer service team will tell you go into the Test Socket so they can monitor it. Changing a micro-filter is a great idea as they can stop working after a period of time.
Intermittent issues that you are having are frustrating, so stick to what the Customer service guys are telling you as they want to rule out all the problems in the home. If they rule out all the problems in the home then it could be a fault on the line which the line test won't always pick up. So it may require to be escalated to the Tech team who may book in an engineer visit tio chekc the line etc.
So beyond what you would have done today, leave for 24-48 hours in the test socket and if no further forward then by all means call Customer Service back.
Hope this helps.

Since i joined VF i constantly have drop outs i find unplugging it and plugging it back the only solution .
I used to be with sky and never had a problem also my brother who lives 6 mile away also has constant drop outs.
If its still as bad when my contract is up i will be moving to another provider.
