Ordered an upgrade from Vodafone and it' saying the order number is invalid I've been into them numerous times and some of the advisers have said it will be delivered today then it's tomorrow then it' Wednesday then it's in 5 days. Absoloute joke!
Sort it out Vodafone, you'e going to end up loosing all your customers soon.

Despatch depends on whether the phone is in stock and available for delivery.
If the order number is showing as invalid, the order may not have updated on the system. Vodafone will send update emails throughout the transaction process to let you know when the order has been despatched and when you can expect delivery. As soon you receive the despatch email you will be in a position to track the order online and will have an approximate time of day for when you can expect delivery.

I can certainly empathise with you when customer services are not appearing to give solid timeframes.
You've a right to be frustrated with this.
When I'm discussing with someone the subject of upgrading I suggest to do this in a store so you walk out with the phone usually with no need to wait in for delivery or suffer from phone model delays.
The agents should have already told you if your choice of phone is on delay.
A person can if they wish cancel their upgrade and when their account returns to pre upgrade status stock permitting do this in a store or choose a different colour/ storage option thats not on delay.
I hope your furnished with your particular choice of phone asap whichever route you decide to take.
