1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
Just in this location, If I drive a few miles down the road I pick up another mast, I then can get a signal.

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Tried 4 different phones on Vodafone, none can get a signal.
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
NO signal even through I can see physically see the Vodafone mast.
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? All

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Permanent
We had happen 2yrs ago, it was due to a power cut to the mast. It took months to be repaired. We have had a few power cuts in the past week, so I assume this is caused by the same issue. Please can I have a timescale for repair, as I’m running a business and need phone signal urgently.
