Iphone 5 No network

Hi 

Im looking for some advice, I have ha my Iphone over a year never ha any problems till now.

I upgraded yesterday over the phone so have yet to get my new phone and have had no service on my phone since last night.

I have tried to re start, reset network settings, done a soft reset and also took sim out and put back in but nothing seems to sorting the problem out. I have never taken the sim card out of the phone before today so I know it can't be that.

Has anyone any idea what the problem could be my partners on voda so its not the network
