Iphone 5 lost connection with Sure Signal 3

Hello,   My Iphone 5 and Sure Signal have been working ok, but for about a week now they have lost connection (no signal on phone). There have been no changes to iphone config and all other phones are ok with Sure Signal. I have de-registered and re-registered the iphone Tel No. a couple of times but this has made no difference. In good reception areas the iphone is working ok. Would be grateful  for some help.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
