Iphone 5s Microphone Gone & Headphone Jack not working since wifi ios 8.1.2 update

Updated Ios 8.1.2 all seemed ok as with previous updates.

Had a call, no ear piece or microphone working, on standard phone

 

Getting looped reboot on occasions and blue screens?

 

Headphone jack plugged in.. sound comes out of phone speaker

 

Bluetooth headphone works fine..

Bluetooth to car speaker and microphone is ok too..

 

Wire Jack Heaphones were working ok day before.

 

Have restored to backup... still the same (no reboots or blue sceens)

 

Have restored to new phone... still the same (no reboots or blue sceens)

 

Can only think its a hardware problem.. phones new-ish and not been dropped or been anywhere near liquid

Have this on a business plan so could do with it sorting ASAP please help??
