I have not had a signal from my Suresignal for the last 24 hours. Have tried unplugging and running a reset but no joy...

Which version of the Sure Signal do you use?

 

Try the various options including the Issue Not Listed option in > Vodafone-Sure-Signal-troubleshooting.
