I've just transferred over from another network (transfer occurred end of last week) and my Vodafone App doesn't seem to work (says it is experiencing technical issues). I'm accessing from the Vodafone network and have tried deleting/re-installing but to no avail.
I also am trying to sign up for my entertainment package (12 months spotify) but the only option I have is to pay £9.99 a month for it. Similarly I'm going through the Vodafone network.
Any suggestions welcome.

I have tried the chat team for the Spotify problem but had no luck. My reference number is 1-66CDAQH. They said they had reset my free spotify but nothing has changed - it still asks me to sign up for £9.99 a month.

What happens when you use the Activate Now option from the Spotify page on the link I sent you?
