Been waiting nearly 2 weeks for my samsung s6 128gb edge. My order has been cancelled no fewer then 5 times by a 'system glitch'. Spoke to numerous people from the Contradiction Service Team sorry i mean Customer Service Team who all tell me different things. They fear you going to a competitor thats why they wont tell you the phone wont be available till May. If they did have it on April 10th its quite clear someone has underestimated the amount to order as only a few from thousands have received their phone. Shocking service

This is odd.
If you have an order tracking number you can track your order.
If you don’t have this, get in touch with Live help where we can get this for you and track your order and see where it is.
