I wonder if someone high end at Vodaphone would make an official comment as I can see here alone that over 11,000 views ahve been seen on this Z5 Bond phone saga. I even sent a recoded lettter to your CEO with no reply. Its really simple we all bought a special edition Z5 Bond phone with Exclusive content which I for one believd would be downloads clips blogs(moneypenny) etc -not only have you almost tricked people into buying the device the aftermarket purchase experience has been appaling -mine broke within two eeks Proxy ear sensor and Vodaphone desstoyed my sim card that fell into the phone thus loosing critcal unbacupable info.
I am still waiting for any resonable responsde as both your selves and Sony UK have been unable to help. Someone somewhere must have a definitive answer if its we got it wrong then lets put every one who bough t this product out of misery and say so - the Reputaion of Vodaphone has dived ..rmember a happy custome rwill tell 10 friends an unhappy one a 100 friends

Oh my god is this true only on the black one ever had the extra content ? but the whole idea was to have the green bond edition... why was this not flagged up pre purchase - Ive been waiting 6 months with calls texts on line chat letters to CEOs and nothing this is totally shameful from Vodaphone unbelievable yet no one has told me this had to hunt old posts to see the tech team answer

@NIGELPOR2519 @jonothevirger You'll need to make sure you've got the latest software installed on your phone to benefit from the Spectre edition content.
If you're still not able to access the exclusive content, you'll need to get in touch with the Sony support team.

Heres the thing; I am running the latest software AND I have been in touch with the Sony Support Team.... and guess what they said:

You (VF UK) would be the POS in this case so how about you fix this for me/Us?

All of the "extra" content was in the Xperia Lounge but has now disappeared, probably as its now "old". It looks like these extras were for a limited time only which was NOT the way it was advertised and is of no use to anyone now!
The only thing I have is the theme which was downloadable from the Xperia Lounge but that has also gone.
I really think that someone senior at Vodafone owes us disgruntled customers an explanation as I expect to be able to keep the extra content and not see it disappear after three months!
