hello all. i have problem, big problem.


I tried to update the firmware and now I can not connect the USB modem. inserted into the USB modem is activated and disconnected. and can not see my computer modem. also finds vodafoe lite modem. I've lost all hope, as the new firmware rewrite. sorry for bad english language. I hope they will understand my.

Hi dvizuka,

A constantly lit green light usually means that the modem has connected to the internet successfully. Have you tried loading your web browser to see if this is the case?

If however it is no longer connecting or being recognised by windows as a result of a failed firmware update, this is something we will need to fix via a Warranty Repair.

Unfortunately from your screenshots, it would appear that the modem is dead

There is nothing we can do if your warranty has expired, and you would need to purchase a new modem.
