K3565 Rev 2 Dongle Install Problems

on buying the vodafone k3565 rev 2 in october from a vodafone shop, i installed the dongle on my sons laptop with no problems,since haveing a re-instal of windows xp and re-incerting my dongle i get nothing but i do get a single blue flashing light every 5 seconds on the dongle ,it does not self in-stall its recognised on my usb hardware removal tab but i get no dashboard or anything,,is there any drivers i can install or any advise you can give me thanks

Welcome to the eForum, this is the place to get all the information you could possibly need regarding Vodafone.

The flashiong blue light every five seconds means that the dongle has found the 3G Network however it hasn’t yet connected, this can generally be resolved by clicking connect on the dashboard.

As you can’t get the dashboard the best thing to do is to download Vodafone Mobile
Connect from here.

This will fix your problems, if you do need any more help please let me know.
