K3565 - Unable to download

It works ok on the desktop I installed it on yesterday but will not on the laptop, it used to but no longer does.

I cannot see websites or download email despite saying it is connected.

Any ideas why?

Some more information would be useful to help on this one.

• What Operating System are you using?
• What colour is the light on the modem?
• Is the light on the modem flashing or solid?
• Have you disabled any firewalls to see if that is causing it?
