Hi imadethis,
You'll be pleased to hear that it's really easy to request an unlock code for your K3765, the following link has details of how to request one: Network Unlock Codes.
Once you've received your unlock code, you'll need to run the unlock application which I've attached to this post in order to enter it.

Hey Paul,
This is strange...I've asked George about this as I wasn't too sure about it to be honest and her says it's one of two things:
Either the dongle isn't inserted (which I doubt) or the modem drivers aren't in place.
The best way to rectify this is either to insert the dongle (which I assume you have done already) or to uninstall and reinstall the dongle and the VMC software.
Let me know how you get on.
Cheers,
LeeH

Hi Paul
The issue is unlikely to be related to the IMEI or unlock code, and there's nothing further we can look into with this information.
Can you confirm if the dongle works OK, using VMC in the UK? I just want to rule out an issue with the actual hardware.
I have also added the unlocking software, to remove the possibility of an issue with that software.
If you are still having issues after attempting the above, let me know, and I'll look into this further for you.
Regards
Trev
