I receive monthly Vodafone bills showing a small credit on the account. This is for a SIM connected to a laptop dongle that I last used in 2006. I have emailed Vodafone, I have used their online chat, I have dealt with people in a Vodafone shop, I have sent the bills back unopened, I have written to their head office - nothing
The bills show a contact email of SSME.Admin@vodafone.com - that fails
The people in the shop suggested that it is on an old system that Vodafone have no access to.
I have received about 220 of these bills, all exactly the same.
What to do?
