Can you confirm for us what error message you're seeing when connecting either via the Dial-up connection or via Vodafone Mobile Connect? This will ultimately be the key to identifying and solving your issue

Having taken a look at the screenshots I can see that you're connecting to Vodafone Spain, is that correct? If you're a Vodafone Spain customer then you'd need to contact Vodafone Spain about this issue.
