K3772 dongle issues on my windows 8 Toshiba laptop

Hello,

When I insert my modem, it does not launch to install on my laptop. I am therefore unable to connect to the internet. It is not a new modem, but then stopped using it some few months ago.

I tried to install the mobile broadband software v10.3.415.51200 but even after installation, my modem couldn't pick it. It searched the device but did not find it.

I don't know what to do.
