K3772 dongle not working

Hi

I am using a K3772 with a new laptop and it says it has internet access but it only allows me to open vodafone pages and if I try any other it says the website requires you to log in.

Why is this?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the eForum. 

This is a Pay as you go dongle, and it sounds like you just need to top it up. 

If this isn't the case then speak to our Live help team.
