Hi there
Having a problem and need some help. I have a K4505 dongle which i can't get to install the software on my new laptop running windows 7 home premium 64 bit. The dongle still works fine on the old laptop which is running windows vista 32 bit.
When I plug the dongle in to the usb on the new laptop no software is automatically installed. It is recognised as a cd-drive but I am unable to open this and view the files to run the setup manually.
Finally I have also tried to run it on a friends laptop (also windows 7 64 bit) but have the same problem.
Any help would be apprieciated.

Hello Skyfire315
Download and install latest version of VMB here
Once installed reboot your PC/Laptop. Launch Vodafone Mobile Broadband software with K4505 plugged in directly to the machine (if you're using USB hub etc), if device isn't detected try Advanced option, under Devices tab select Add then select USB Stick or modem.
If that fails screenshot and attach to your post device manager CD/DVD ROM drive and Universal Serial Bus controllers sections (expanded), whilst device is plugged in
