Kp 500 Display

Have brought LG KP500 and it is unlocked. However when I request a balance on my PAYG account the display is filled with @@ interleaved with the balance amount. Has anyone why this may be.

Hi Steve

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems here. I've not heard of this particular problem before so it may be how your phone is displaying the message which is very strange.

Could you preform a master rest on the device and see if this continues to happen? Don't forget to back up all of your information on the phone before you reset the phone.
