1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
1) Unable to travel to check
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs?
2) See profile
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
3) unable to check on different phone
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
4) Only receiving 2G - no mobile data
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
5) No 3G/4G signal - have 2G
6) When did you first notice this issue?
6) 10:00 am 17/2/17
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?
7) Permanent
All devices have been rebooted and no 4G or data signal of any kind.
Thanks for investigating
Edited to add - Have a seperate mobile data sim too - and that is also unable to see 4G network - also has been rebooted

4G Service re-appeared 2pm - I'm thinking it was routine (or unplanned) engineering work somewhere local
Will not panic so much next time
Cheers!
