Hi,
I'm changing my DSL Broadband with Plusnet to Fibre Broadband with Vodaphone. I am not in contract with Plusnet but do I need to contact them to cancel my account and Direct Debit or do Vodaphone take care of this?

Please see the link below, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page switching service, you will see that unless you are a Virgin Media customer, Vodafone will do the work.
If you cancel the direct debit with your bank, you need to make sure the account is fully settled with your previous provider and they should send a letter to the effect with a zero bill.

I highly recommend you stick with Plusnet. Take a read on here if you want to know why. I left Plusnet on the 5th. I still have no broadband.
