I'm wondering if others have had the same issue as me re the Live Chat option?
I just spent 45 minutes with probably 1 valuable answer in that time.
In short, my issue was that I added 15GB to my monthly plan as a 'one off' deal and was reassured of this several times on the initial chat. Only to find my bill for the coming month is £100 because in fact it's been added again and would continue to do so if I didn't review my account.
Simply asked for it to be removed but it took 45 minutes for them to read the transcript of the previous chat.
Annoyed to say the least, I'm currently working in Paris and my data is precious at the moment so to use 45 minutes worth on that chat was excruciating.
