I have a query about my bill. Been trying to get onto live chat for three days now and keep getting a not available message. What's going on?

Sounds like something that is up with whatever you're trying to get onto it with. I've used Live Chat recently (in the last few days) and it worked fine. Try a different browser or clearing the cookies/personal data in your browser.

Try through the Contact Us page - it comes up in the bottom right hand corner.
If still not available, try the other methods to get your query answered more quickly.
A call to 191 should do the trick.
