I get signal everywhere but I don't get any calls or text through sometimes even data is not working, the device has been check by apple store and Vodafone store, I also have changed the SIM card.
I have tried using different device and the problems still occurs.
There are not error messages I just don't receive any calls or text messages.
The problem happens on 2G,3G and 4G.
The problem started one month after I started my contract.
The issues is permanent.

I'm a little confused as you have posted in the Sure Signal Board and say "Sure Signal Not Working"
A Sure Signal is a device that creates a 3G signal in the home that works off Home Broadband Wifi.
And your post talks about "2G,3G,4G" and the "device has been checked by an Apple Store" , and you've performed a Sim Swap to replace your SIM card.
May i ask....
Is this issue in connection to an iPhone ?
Are you using a Sure Signal ?
Have you recently moved to Vodafone from another Network and brought your mobile number with you.
Did you start the Contract directly with Vodafone or through an independent such as Carphone Warehouse as one example.
Have you spoken to Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat yet. If not please do. If you have then what have they advised ?
Please be aware it can occasionally take up to 24 hours for a Sim Swap to fully complete.
Turning the phone Off and On or Airplane Mode On and Off can help.

Hi @veleski123
If you receive a Vodafone UK signal on the phone but have lost your service, you need to use live chat and ask them to check your account.
A good start would be for you to check that you are still able to log into your online account.
