Login Error at London Underground Wifi network provided by Virgin Media

Hi there,

I have taken new contract recently SIM only RED XL package and tried to login to TFL’s London Underground Wifi network provided by Virgin Media.

After I give my credential after clicking on Vodafone icon on Virgin Media landing page, I get following error message.

“As Pre Pay Customer you need to activate your data bundle, please call 191.” please refer attached screenshot.

Can you please fix it!!!!

It's just ridiculous. The service Vodafone have given and offered has been very poor and should be ashamed.

I managed to speak to speak to someone in technical then other day and finally after probably 24 hours of total calls and charts I spoke to an honest person.

He was quite upfront with me and said the service is crap and they are aware of the issues with many customers.

I did let really get a solution and I still cannot use the tfl wifi but I got an honest answer.

Can I ask you if you are having issues with your 4 digit pin when you telephone 191 because mine never works?

That's really disappointing that it may never work. Can you connect to any of the BT WIFI services either? This is really going to put Londoners off joining Vodafone. I've already told all my friends about the problem. The moment I can get out of my contract I'm joining EE!

I havent tried to connect to BTWI but yes this is very disappointing, I would leave Vodafone If i was you. I should of left when I was within my 14 days cooling off period but i thought this would have been sorted but it wasnt as Vodafone lied to me.
