Lollipop Update not appearing

Using Pay as You Go on S5 and have tried to update to Lollipop via both the phone itself and Kies.  However, both show the latest updates are already installed (Android 4.4.2 running).  Is the udate not available to all customers yet?

Bought unlocked overseas, Not directly.

There you go then - that is the problem.  You will need to do some research to find out if there is an update available for your variant of the handset.  If it was bought from Vodafone UK, yes, there is an update available.
