SE1 - Waterloo Station
1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? Consistently very poor service at Waterloo Station; often no 4G at all
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? SE1 8SW
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Poor coverage on both phine and tablet
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? None
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? All
6) When did you first notice this issue? It's been an issue for as long as I can remeber but no improvements are made
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Seemingly permanent

@rosswightman - I’ve checked the coverage in the area and everything is currently performing as it should be – there are no faults with the local sites.
This looks to be due to general coverage, affected by the number of people that will be using the network in that location.
If you change your phones network settings to 2G only, this should improve the coverage you receive for calls and texts.
