Hi,
I wrote to Vodafone on 02/01/14 to cancel my MIFI and have had no response nor can I see anything on my account that would indicate that my request had been actioned. Can someone please look into this for me.

If you would like to cancel your MiFi contract, you will need to ring 191 from any Vodafone handset or 03333 040 191 from any UK phone. You can also use LiveChat via the contact us link at the bottom of every page.
