MMS not downloading

MMS messages that i receive i can never download. 

How can I verify that I have Mms enabled on my account?

Hi. You could try calling 191 or using livechat in the first instance, either of these should be able to tell you.

I have also read on here that you need to be using a data connection to receive mms, shouldn't be on WiFi.
