I TOPPED UP TODAY £15 AND WITHIN 5 HOURS,I WAS SHOWING NO CREDIT!! THERE WAS NO WAY THAT I USED THAT MUCH IN THAT TIME AND THIS HAPPENS REGULARLY,£10 DOES NOT LAST EVEN A WEEK!! i CANNOT AFFORD TO USE SO MUCH AND I AM LITERALLY THROWING MONEY AWAY!! CAN I BE REFUNDED LOST DATA? AND THE WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK MOST OF THE TIME AND I HAVE TO RING CUSTOMER SERVICES TO TOP UP..

We won't be able to see what the data was used for, but we'll be able to check the amounts used and check the credit was applied correctly.
