Mobile data Boost aren’t working

I have 6 Boosts as a part of my airtime plan which give unlimited data for a set time. i am trying to use one as i’m out of data and it’s not working. I text boost to activate it as instructed, i receive the reply that vodaphone are working on it then nothing. i’ve called vodaphone twice this week about this, i was told the first time it was going to be fixed within 30 mins of our call ending
