MS Lumia 640 Picture Messaging

Hello,

Despite following the help pages Here and typing word perfect twice and restarting the device my MS Lumia 640 cannot open or send picture messaging.

Any help anyone can give would be appreciated.

Hi

You also need a data connection so ensure you have Mobile Data turned On in the phones settings and a data allowance or it could be expensive.

Also ask customer service to 'Re Provision' your account for MMS.

Be aware MMS are chargeable and do not come out of any normal text allowance.
