Marshmallow upgrade: niggling problems

Since the Marshmallow update I have lost the ability to answer or make calls, it appears I am but there is no sound, also a share symbol appears, also there is no sound for notifications or ringing. I've done a factory reset and even had the Vodafone shop do one but it's still the same, the only way I can make or receive anything is to restart my phone (Vodafone Ultra 6) and it will run ok for 1 call or text. btw Video also runs in slow motion on YT.

Thanks Natasha, the phone been back to repair twice since getting it & u can't be bothered again. My contract ends in 2 months, so I'll use an old phone till then
