No worries.

Does he know to.....

  • Use the PAC Code within 30 days.
  • Not cancel his Direct Debit.
  • Can unlock his phone to use on all other Networks.

Yeh he has already got new phone off o2 and once they trans his old VF number to his o2 sim VF will close his account and send final bill. Then he will cancel DD,his old fhone is already unlocked. The lads jumping for joy now being free of VF.

Advise him to hold off cancelling his DD until he gets the sorry your leaving letter too.

I wish him well using an alternative network.

I'm Payg and use / have used all the main Uk Networks and several Mvno companies.

Not all mobile networks offer the same signal level and data speeds in the same place wether it be at home , work or commuting.

I'll just say the grass isn't always greener on the other side. :Winking_smiley:
