Misleading upgrade offers - help!

Getting really frustrated! I went to upgrade through my Vodafone app to a 30 day deal which had a discounted rate shown.  As I added it to my basket the discount didn't show.

 

live chat then told me these plans won't be discounted - only 12 month plans which I don't really want.

 

i actually have a screenshot of the offer.

 

any advice?

@Fran_a89 I'm sorry to hear that, however it's great to see that you're looking for an upgrade. 

You can contact our upgrades team by calling 191 from your Vodafone mobile - they'll be able to go through any offers available and find the best one for you. :smileyhappy:

 

Feel free to post the screenshot of the offer in a reply to this thread - this will allow us to flag this if needed and feedback your comments.

 Alex this is the offer I screenshotted (as I was trying to decide between two packages) - I then phoned your upgrade team they told me I couldn't discuss 30 day plans with them.  

 

Is is this something you can look at?

@Fran_a89 - I can see this 30 day SIM only plan on our site (without the discount as the offer has now expired).
