Mostly, people make posts with problems or issues. Historically VF customer support was simply awful.  Recently, I am happy to report that I had issues and through this forum was directed to complete a form, and on both occassions I received a call-back in less than one hour with someone being very helpful and sorting my issues in minutes.  Well done to VF for a dramatic turn-around, and thanks to the admins/helpers on here.
