Yes. Exactly as my top post says.

On Tuesday I phoned customers services as the pay as you go number i had was getting some "shady" calls for someone who claims they could buy drugs from me in London....I live in the south wales valleys so who knew!

Anyway I asked for a new number and said please I dont want to lose my points or credit. "no worry sir thats fine".

So 48hours on. 1250 reward points down the drain and 191 only response (as they have to change things since the debacles on the news) is come on the eforum and right a complaint. So here I am....eight weeks and counting before I raise it on to get it sorted.

it says no messages found when i use the direct link from the email and when i come in and refresh it also shows nothing its strange.

Goog morning @emodaveuk

I'm a little stumped. I've triple checked and it's showing that the messages have successfully sent.

Please double check your settings on the eForum:

Hover over your name and select 'MY SETTINGS'

Then select 'Preferences' > 'Private Messenger'

Please ensure that private messages are turned on.

If this doesn't work, I'd recommend posting on our Facebook or Twitter page. If this is the route you choose to take let me know your full name, or Twitter handle so I can find your comment.

Thanks,

Sarah

Nope, they have said they know the points are there but cant transfer them as policy says no.

Well, that's ridiculous!

http://support.vodafone.co.uk/Offers-and-rewards/Rewards-on-Pay-as-you-go/38948115/Can-I-transfer-my... says very clearly

"Can I transfer my Rewards points to a different mobile number?

Your Rewards points

Yes, you can transfer the Rewards on Pay as you go points you’ve collected if you get a new mobile phone number. To do this, simply contact our customer services or pop into your nearest Vodafone store"

@sarah_l I have each time had a notification about your message but logged in and it's gone. I've tried to pm you to see if we can start a chain that way

Thank you for your patience with this, @emodaveuk

I've replied to your private message - fingers crossed this works!

You are able to transfer points from one number to another providing both numbers are in your name. I know this because I have done it. But I must admit when I asked on a later occasion the advisor said that it's not possible but I told her that I have done it before so she looked at my account and could see that I have had it done before so she did it but she didn't apologize for saying that it's not possible.
