Firstly welcome to the Vodafone eForum family. New faces are always good to see.
The simple answer to this question is No.
The reason it requests a credit card is you have to be over 18 to have one, a debitcard you can have at 16.
There are other ways of lifting Content Control, such as visiting store and supplying ID. I've linked our Content Control help pages, which show everything you need to know.
