I would like to know how i can cancel my vodafone mobile connection (dongle) contract.

I am sorry to hear that you are thinking of cancelling. It is never nice to hear that one of our customers is thinking of leaving us and please rest assured that if there is anything we can do to help you stay we will go out of our way to make that happen.



If you want to end your contract, please write to us giving one calendar months notice. You can send us a letter or an email - you will need to give the following information :

• the account name, and account number
• the invoice address
• the mobile number to be terminated
• the date of termination
• the name of the account owner / administrator
• tell us if you need a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code)
• if the account has a password, please quote this in the letter or email.
